Intuitive interface for each device

The parameters of the devices are displayed intuitively on the screen through charts. Regularly updated data helps managers easily grasp the operating status of the machine as well as make accurate assessments and decisions.

OEE

Measuring equipment performance (OEE) is now easier than ever. The system can

  • Automatic data collection: Connect with devices and machines to record real-time production data (running time, stopping time, output, errors, scrap, ...) thereby avoiding errors due to manual input.
  • Automatic calculation: The system will automatically analyze data and provide indicators such as Machine running time ratio compared to plan, Actual production speed compared to standard, standard product ratio compared to total output. From there, calculate the overall OEE.
  • Real-time monitoring: Visually display on Dashboard, warn when performance decreases or equipment has problems.
